1. ขั้นตอนการสั่งซื้อสินค้า
วิธีการสั่งซื้อสินค้ามีขั้นตอนง่ายๆ ดังนี้
หยิบสินค้าใส่รถเข็น : เมื่อถูกใจสินค้าชิ้นไหนแล้ว ให้กดปุ่ม "หยิบใส่รถเข็น" เมื่อหยิบสินค้าใส่รถเข็นแล้วเว็บจะพาไปยังหน้ารถเข็น เพื่อแสดงให้เราดูว่ามีสินค้าอะไรบ้างแล้วที่เราหยิบใส่รถเข็นไว้ หากต้องการเลือกซื้อสินค้าต่อ ก็กด "เลือกซื้อสินค้าต่อ"
Checkout : เมื่อเลือกซื้อสินค้าจนพอใจแล้ว ก็ให้กดปุ่ม "Checkout" หรือ "ชำระเงิน" เพื่อเข้าสู่การขั้นตอนการสั่งซื้อสินค้าต่อไป
Login หรือสมัครสมาชิก : Login เข้าสู่ระบบหากคุณสมัครสมาชิกแล้ว หรือสมัครสมาชิกใหม่
หากคุณมีบัญชี Facebook อยู่แล้ว ก็ให้กดปุ่ม Connect with Facebook ก็จะเข้าระบบได้เลยโดยอัตโนมัติ
ยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ : จากนั้นกรอกที่อยู่สำหรับจัดส่งสินค้า(เฉพาะครั้งแรกเท่านั้น) เมื่อเติมข้อมูลต่างๆ ว่าครบ ถูกค้องแล้ว ก็กดปุ่ม ดำเนินการต่อ จนไปถึงปุ่ม "ยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ"
ตรวจสอบอีเมล์ : เมื่อกดปุ่มสั่งซื้อสินค้าแล้ว คุณจะได้รับอีเมล์ 1 ฉบับ ให้ login เข้าสู่ระบบอีเมล์ของคุณเพื่อเช็คเมล์จากเรา ในนั้นจะระบุรายละเอียดการสั่งซื้อทั้งหมด รวมถึงเลขที่บัญชีสำหรับการโอนเงิน
โอนเงินค่าสินค้า : เมื่อตรวจสอบข้อมูลถูกต้องแล้ว ให้คุณโอนเงินค่าสินค้า เมื่อโอนเงินแล้วอย่าลืม แจ้งการโอนเงิน นะคะ
หากไม่มีการโอนเงินภายใน 3 วัน ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ ยกเลิกออเดอร์ดังกล่าว เพื่อนำสินค้ากลับสู่การขายให้ลูกค้าท่านอื่นต่อไปค่ะรอรับสินค้า : หลังจากแจ้งการโอนเงินแล้ว คุณก็สามารถรอรับสินค้าได้อย่างสบายใจ โดยสินค้าจะถึงมือภายใน 1-3 วัน และจะมีเลขที่พัสดุแจ้งไปทางอีเมล์เมื่อเราส่งสินค้าแล้ว
หากลูกค้าแจ้งการโอนเงินก่อนเวลา 15.00 น. สินค้าจะถูกส่งในช่วงเช้าของวันถัดไปหรืออย่างช้าในช่วงเช้าของอีกวันถัดไป (ส่งทุกวันอังคาร-วันเสาร์ ยกเว้นวันหยุดราชกาล)** หากยังไม่ได้รับสินค้าภายใน 3 วันนับจากวันที่จัดส่งสินค้า กรุณาติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ได้ที่เบอร์ 02-939-0619 ต่อ 11 **
2. วิธีการชำระเงิน
เมื่อคุณสั่งซื้อสินค้าแล้วจะได้รับอีเมล์ตอบกลับอัตโนมัติทันที 1 ฉบับ ซึ่งระบุรายละเอียดการสั่งซื้อสินค้า สำหรับการชำระเงินคุณสามารถชำระเงินโดยโอนเงิน เข้าธนาคารดังต่อไปนี้- ธนาคารกสิกรไทย (กระแสรายวัน) สาขาลาดพร้าว 25

นอกจากนี้หากคุณมีบัญชี Paypal อยู่ ยังสามารถชำระเงินง่าย ๆ ผ่านทาง Paypal ได้อีกด้วย โดยทำรายการชำระเงินถึงอีเมล์ tropicalife@live.com
3. การแจ้งการโอนเงิน
เมื่อโอนเงินแล้วอย่าลืมแจ้งการโอนเงินนะคะ โดยสามารถแจ้งการโอนเงินได้หลายช่องทางดังนี้ค่ะ- แจ้งที่เมนู "แจ้งการโอนเงิน" ซึ่งอยู่บนเมนู ด้านบนของหน้านี้
- อีเมล์ แจ้งรายละเอียดการโอนเงินมาที่อีเมล์ nannapat.p@buytropicalife.com
- โทรแจ้งการโอนเงินได้ที่เบอร์ 02-939-0619, 02-939-1605 จันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 8.30 น.-17.30 น. วันเสาร์ เวลา 9.00 น.-15.00 น.
1. How to make an order
Order-making process
Bring items into the cart : Choosing our items, please click “Add to Cart” After that, will bring you to the cart page so as to show what is in the cart. Supposing that you want to shop more, please click “Continue Shopping”
Check Out : As soon as there is no additional shopping, please click “Check Out” or “Pay” to go to the next process.
Login or Registration : You can Login if you had registered or New Register. Supposing that you have own Facebook, please click “Connect with Facebook”. It can automatically go through the system.
Confirm the order : Please fill your address in the form (only for the first ordering time). As soon as filling the information completely, click “Continue” until “Confirm the Order”"
Check the e-mail : After ordering, you will receive 1 e-mail, please log in to your mail system in order to check your e-mail from us. There is the order detail in the document including the book bank number for transfer.
Payment : After completely checking the information, please transfer payment to our account. And inform us once you have transferred.
** If there is no transfer within 3 days, our system would cancel that order automatically.Waiting for items : After informing us about transfer, the goods will be delivered to you within 1-3 days. We will inform the tracking number after dispatching items. p>
If customers inform the transfer before 15.00, the orders will be dispatched in the next day morning or the day after tomorrow morning.
** If you do not get the parcel within 3 days after delivering date, please contact with our staff at 02-939-0619 ext. 11**

3. Transfer information
After transferring, please inform by following ;- Inform us at the menu “Send Payment Notice” being in the menu on the top of this page.
- Sending e-mail of transferring at nannapat.p@buytropicalife.com
- Call our staff about transferring at 02-939-0619, 02-939-1605 on Monday–Friday at 8.30–17.30 and Saturday at 9.00–15.00
